I offer individual consults via veterinary referral for companion animal behaviour problems.
I am a Certificated Clinical Animal Behaviourist (CCAB) and past chair of The Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors (APBC). I am also an Animal Behaviour & Training Council (ABTC) registered practitioner (CAB).
I have a BSc (Hons) in Zoology and an MPhil in Animal Behaviour and Welfare from Nottingham University and I am presently consulting as a companion animal behaviourist on the beautiful channel island of Jersey.
I am a contributing author in “The APBC Book of Companion Animal Behaviour” and have also published several academic papers, written numerous magazine and newspaper articles and appeared on national as well as local radio and local and national TV.
I have two teenage children, a rescue Pekinese cross called Thisbe, a lovely gypsy horse called Thistle, Wriggle the chinchilla, 13 chickens, two terrapins, a pond full of fish, 3 Guinea fowl and a very understanding husband.
I am very proud to state that I do not use any forceful or abusive techniques when modifying an animals behaviour and I am also very kind to my human clients.
