Chronic Mobility Issues
Ideal in the treatment of back and tendon injuries and age related degenerative joint disease. Back problems are the most common mobility issues. Our physiotherapists not only treat the symptoms but work to identify the cause which in many cases can come from somewhere other than the back.
Rider Assessment and Tack Advice
Poor gait and the discomfort that this leads to for the horse can be a result of how the horse is ridden. One of our Rider Assessments can identify any issues and provide advice on how to correct these for the benefit of both horse and rider.
Physiotherapy after surgery helps speed recovery, reducing pain and improving overall results. It’s especially effective following musculoskeletal surgery such as for chronic tendonitis.
To optimise full fitness and performance and minimise risks of injury which leads to a loss of use of the horse for what can be significant periods of time.
